The IACC runs nationwide programs for youth to connect them to guided frameworks within the community. These programs create meaningful leisure activities for youth which enable them to contribute by connecting them to their local and communal identity.
The IACC’s Nature and Environment Youth Challenge Programs offer environmental programs and challenge activities that highlight the important values of environmental sustainability and nature conservation. The program connects youth at risk, normative youth and youth with special needs, and engages in developing leadership, mutual responsibility, identity, multiculturalism, sustainability and environmental protection, with an emphasis on social responsibility.
In addition, the IACC works towards empowerment and self-fulfillment with the assistance of Volume Centers (sponsored by Cellcom) – Youth Music Clubs in IACC community centers across Israel, especially in the social and geographic periphery.
As part of the Youth Programs, the IACC directs post-high school young adults towards self-fulfillment through volunteering for National Service in community centers in the periphery and in the Arab sector.
The IACC is motivated by ethical principles with the goal of promoting and developing the next generation of future leaders.
